What is the class registration process like?
What is the class registration process like?
It's very simple:
1. You purchase the selected course or package of classes.
2. Within 48 hours, we will contact you by phone - we conduct a short interview to understand your needs and goals.
3. We explain how the classes will be conducted, how to prepare for them, and how the learning process works.
4. We set the first convenient meeting date.
The entire process is quick, clear, and tailored to your expectations.

Classes are conducted online. After the payment is credited, we will contact you within 48 hours to conduct an interview and arrange the date of the first class.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.

To avoid losing paid classes, they must be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Yes – but only if the service has not yet commenced.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing a class package – provided that no lesson has yet taken place.
